Kirkpatrick, Contracting Officer, 202/307-3070 Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for substance abuse treatment for male and female Federal offenders in community-based programs and home confinement in the Rockford, Illinois and surrounding area, held under the authority of various United States statutes. A firm-fixed price requirements contract with a one year base period and four one year options is anticipated. Services for the base period of October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 shall include services for approximately 10 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (48 half hour sessions per inmate), and group counseling (72 half hour sessions per inmate). Services for each of the one year options shall include services for 10 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (48 half hour sessions per inmate), and group counseling (72 half hour sessions per inmate). All services shall be performed in accordance with the Transitional Services Statement of Work"Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT), dated June 1999.
