The project requires approximately 137,000 tons (total) of armor rock and splash apron rock. Armor rock shall be not less than 20,000 pounds. Fifty percent of the armor rock shall be 30,000 pounds or greater. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS CD-Rom disks with plans and specs available on or about 28 January 2000 at no charge per set. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
