The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is for providing AdditionaL customized fiber optic pigtail adapter kits for the AN/TYQ-23 MCE, CMA 4000 OTDR testers to be mated to the customer adapters cited above, testing and calibration of the above and training on the above for Air Force ACS personnel @ McClelland AFB, CA. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
