The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Atlantic Marine Center, Norfolk, VA has a requirement to perform a "Major Overhaul" on the port and starboard generator Detroit Diesel 8-V71 diesel engines (two engines) on the NOAA Ship WHITING. Work shall begin on February 1, 2000 and be completed by 29 February 2000. Place of Performance shall be the Atlantic Marine Center, NOAA Ship WHITING, 439 West York Street, Norfolk, Virginia. F.O.B.
