Air Mobility Command Contracting Flight (AMC CONF/LGCFB) anticipates issuance of a competitive commercial solicitation to acquire preventative maintenance and repair of installed Air Mobility Advanced Console Systems (AMACS). Additional work may include AMACS operator training, the wiring of additional incoming circuits, the relocation of AMACS equipment, and the implementation of circuit configurations up to the wired capacity of the AMACS. The AMACS consists of the Siemens Model 80 EX Hicom Trading 300 switching system, consoles (Siemens touchscreen turrets), administrative terminal, Uninterrupted Power Supply System, interfaces to various radio networks, stations and trunks, speakers, NICE Systems Ltd. Logger Digital Recorder system, headsets, handsets, foot pedals, and associated ancillary equipment. This system installed in each Air Mobility Command (AMC) Command Post integrates all communications media (landlines & radios) into one communications system for the command and control of AMC forces at each AMC base. The system interfaces with the base telephone switch providing each Command Post controllers a single touch screen console on which to access hotlines, speed dials, DSN lines, on-base and off-base lines, dial lines, Ultra-High Frequency radios, Very High Frequency radios, and Land Mobile radios. AMACS are located at Andrews AFB MD; MacDill AFB FL; McChord AFB WA; McConnell AFB KS; McGuire AFB NJ; Pope AFB NC; Scott AFB IL; Travis AFB CA; Charleston ABF SC; Dover AFB DE; Dyess AFB TX; and Grand Forks AFB ND.
