Robinson, Fax (410) 997-6261 Indefinite Quantity Constuction Contract for Repair & Alterations at various Postal Owned & Leased Facilities located in the South Jersey NJ District Area, including Delaware (Zip Codes 197-199). Counties in SJ: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean & Salem), (Delaware: Kent, New Castle & Sussex). At the discretion of the Contracting Officer, one or more contracts may be awarded. Contractors must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as of the date of issue in general construction work. Contractors must also possess the capabilities of working at least three to five jobs at the same time. Specific Work Order/s will be issued by the Contracting Officer in accordance with the Unit Price Schedule and Specifications. One or more "Work Orders" will be issued totaling not less thant $10,000 nor more than $250,000 during a one (1) year base period of the contract. The initial limit of $250,000 may be increased by modification as agreed upon by the Contractor and the Contracting Officer up to the maximum of $3,000,000. The contract includes four one-year renewal options. The Postal Service guarantees no specific number of Work Orders nor a specific amount. The contractor will not be required to perform work under under any work order where the value of work in any one building is less than $500.00. Offerors will be required to submit one (1) "Multiplier" to be applied to the various Unit Prices established in the "Unit Price Schedule". The multiplier must contain the Offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award.
