description to read as follows: Proposed Synopsis Description: The
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to place a class of
orders under the Air Force Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)
F34601-97-G-0002 with General Electric Aircraft Engines (GEAE),
Evendale, Ohio. The supplies and services provided by General Electric
will support the F110-GE-400 aircraft engine incorporation of the
following engineering change proposals (ECP's): T051R1, T086, T097,
T109/113, T119, T121, T122, T124, T125, T130, T132, T133, T135,
T136,T137, T140SE, T141, T142, T143, T144, T145, T146, T148, T151,
T152, T155, T157, T158, T159, T160, T161, T162, T163, T164, T165, AND
T166. GE is the only known commercial source who possesses the required
expertise and knowledge to provide the required effort. See note No. 22
