Department of Energy, Idaho Operations Office (DOE-ID) requirement, in accordance with 42 U.S.C. 4541 (Public Law 91-616, as amended), 21 U.S.C. 1101 (Public Law 92-255, as amended), and Federal Personnel Manual 792, to establish an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for its employees (approximately 370 employees).
