Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for substance
abuse treatment services for male and female Federal offenders in the
Orlando, Florida area, held under the authority of various United
States Statutes. A Firm-fixed Price Requirements type contract with a
one year base year and four one-year options is anticipated. Period of
Performance for the base year is October 1, 2000 through September 30,
2001. The base year shall include services for 35 inmates as follows:
one intake assessment; 96/30-minute individual counseling sessions;
144/30-minute group counseling sessions and 48/30-minute family
counseling sessions per inmate. Option Year One shall include services
for 37 inmates as follows: one intake assessment; 96/30-minute
individual counseling sessions; 144/30 minute group counseling sessions
and 48/30 minute family sessions per inmate. Option Year Two shall
include services for 39: one intake assessment, 96/30-minute individual
counseling sessions; 144/30-minute group counseling sessions and
48/30-minute family counseling sessions per inmate. Option Year Three
shall include services for 41 inmates as follows: one intake
assessment; 96/30-minute individual counseling sessions; 144/30-minute
group counseling; and 48/30-minute family counseling sessions per
inmate. Option Year Four shall include services for 43 inmates as
follows: one intake assessment; 96/30-minute individual counseling
sessions; 144/30-minute group counseling sessions and 48/30-minute
family counseling sessions per inmate, respectively. All services shall
be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work entitled
"Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT), dated November 16, 1999.
Proper licensing in the State of Florida is required. The estimated
issue date is February 23, 2000. Estimated closing date is March 23,
2000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be
