Sheppard AFB is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for all labor and material to perform Protective Coating Maintenance on Sheppard AFB. Work will consist of interior and exterior painting; taping, bedding, and texturing; installation and repair of vinyl wall covering; parking lot and street striping and arrows; finishing miscellaneous interiors; construction of signs; and other miscellaneous items. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized in the CBD and on the Electronc Posting System internet site (http://www.eps.gov). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor these sites for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. Vendors who have the capabilities necessary to perform this type of work are invited to submit appropriate documentation and references. The proposed SIC code for this requirement is 1721 with a size standard of $7M. Responses must include the following: name and address of company; size of business; whether business is large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone certified, and/or woman-owned; relevant past performance to include contract number, work accomplished, where performed, name and telephone number of a point of contact.
