The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Sulzer Metco, 1101 Prospect Avenue, Westbury, LI, NY for an automated HVOF Thermal Spray system consisting of the installation of modular rooms for aluminum oxide blast cabinets, creating a thermal spray room within cell rooms, control room adjacent to cell rooms, installation of a 20,000 CFM exhaust system for cell rooms, modification of existing exhaust system for cell roomsm installation of rail mounted FANUC Robotic System, one 9MP-DF Powder Feed Unit, type 4MK Refrigerated heat exchanger, safety monitoring system and multi-coat process control system which will include integration with FANUC Robotic System turntable.
