The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA intends to establish a requirements type contract for the manufacture and purchase of Radiosonde Train Regulators for the National Weather Service in Kansas City, Missouri. NSN: 6660-00-861-0312, ASN: J382. The proposed contract is for a base year and five option years with an estimated quantity of 200 boxes of train regulators per year. The train regulators are to be manufactured in accordance with the National Weather Service Specification Number J382-SP001, dated 02/06/86 and drawing number J382-SD001/B.
