This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F64605-00-Q0405. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. (iv) This solicitation is set-aside for small business. (v) Offerors shall provide prices on the schedule provided. Prices shall include all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, supplies, taxes, and fees necessary to perform this service. Prices shall be submitted for the basic year (1 Feb 00 -- 30 Sep 00) and four one-year option periods.
