PROJECT AJXF 98-1569 consists of providing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations necessary to renovate the complete interior of Dormitory 1656, located at the corner of _D_ Street and Colorado Avenue located on Andrews Air Force, Base. The work includes but is not limited to: Interior work: Replacement of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Exterior work is minimal. Work that is included at the exterior of the building includes communications cable in the building, landscaping around the building, exterior patios and entrance courts. Total contract performance period is 425 calendar days. The proposed procurement is being issued as an unrestricted acquisition. Award will be made to the offeror who the Government determines can best accomplish the necessary work to satisfy the requirements set forth in the RFP in a manner most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. Offer guarantee required.
