The intent of this solicitation is to request prices for MIC Industries UBM-120 and UBM-240 Mobile Modular Building Machines and the related parts and spare packages for these machines. The anticipated contract type is to be an Indefinite Requirements Type Contract for which the Government anticipates having future requirements. The term of the resulting contract will be a one year base and four option years. The Contractor receiving the IDT Contract will be responsible to supply to the customer any items and services incidental to the machines as needed to conform to the customer's requirements and meets their needs. Services may include installation and repair, training, and extended warranties. Delivery required is 180 days or sooner.
