Work required includes trenching and backfill, concrete encased ducts, precast manholes, primary selector switches, pad mounted transformers and secondary connections. Remove existing overhead electrical distribution system after change over has been made. Construct new street lighting in areas affected by removal of overhead poles used for street lighting. Limited extension of underground communications ductwork. Installation of football field lighting, scorers shack, goal posts, and spectator bleachers. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available or about 23 February 2000, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROMS). IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
