Contractor is to perform cultural resources management planning and archeological historical and architectural studies within the United States, its trust territories, other holdings, and project areas outside the Continental United States. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract for a base period plus four option periods. The maximum amount that can be obligated during either the base contract period or any of the option periods is $2,999,000.00. Solicitation to be issued on or about 24 February 2000 with proposals due on or about 30 March 2000. Anticipated evaluation factors will be management ability, past performance and price. The plans and specifications have been place on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD-ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD-ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
