The additional level of effort will be as follows: twenty-four person/month for a new long-term position, Adolescent Program Advisor, and forty-five person month of additional short-term technical assistance to provide ongoing training in reproductive health service delivery themes. This additional level of effort will be provided within the original contract period of performance. This will be a non-competitive award to Pathfinder International under AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(5) as the award of a second contract would result in substantial additional cost to the government and interfere with efficient administration of the project.
