(2) The estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 (not $500,000 to $1,000,000). The rest of the Notice remains unchanged. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is still March 10, 2000, and the estimated date for receipt of bids is April 11, 2000.
