The solicitation will be issued on 14 Feb 00 and offers will be due no later than 3:00 PM, local time, on 29 Feb 00. This solicitation will be acquired under Small Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The magnitude of this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 with a performance period of 30 calendar days. The purpose of work is to provide a facility at KUMMSC to clean light vehicles, 2-1/2 ton trucks, and tractor-trailers. Work will consist of constructing a concrete pad, design and construct an enclosure for the washing equipment, relocate existing fire hydrants, provide drain line from new concrete pad to existing sewer line.
