PLASMA ENRICHMENT DEVICE TEST OPERATION This provides notification of the Department of Energy's intent to award a $100,000 sole-source contract to the University of California (UCLA) for a plasma enrichment device. This acquisition is place under FAR exemption 1, One Responsible Source. UCLA is the only source for this unique plasma enrichment device.
