This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is hereby issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 51803-0045-0. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #97-15. This procurement is being advertised as full open competition, under standard industrial classification code 5074 with a small business size standard of $5.0 million. The contractor shall provide pricing for the following items: Line item #1 -- Triton (brand name or equal), model number K-7443-K, wide spread faucet less drain and liftoff -- 75 sets; Line item #2 -- Triton (brand name or equal), model number 1-6012-2, stand handle kit -- 75 sets; Lien item #3 -- Flex hoses, 3/8" compression fitting X 3/8" compression fitting, 16" long -- 250 each; and Line item #4 -- Simmons hide-a-pipe (brand name or equal), model number 1-901-S-22-285-RS -- 109 each. Please provide pricing for each line item to include unit cost per item and the pricing shall include delivery to the institution (FOB -- Destination). Payment shall be made for items accepted by the Government at the institution by Electronic Funds Transfer method.
