The Government is seeking information from Commercial Industry for Cellular and Paging services to cover the Military Bases within the State of Hawaii. Responses should include, but is not limited to, the following: Analog/Digital services, roaming capabilities-charges, caller ID. Type/model of available phones -lease/purchase options and accessories, voice-mail services with notification, the statewide area of coverage locations, options for Domestic/International long distance calling capabilities (toll vs. non-toll charges) and the option of interfacing with existing Federal Contracts for Domestic/International long distance Carrier Connections. Call Detail Reports should include: Cellular number, number dialed, the duration of the call(s), cost per call etc., and available pricing plan(s) -volume discounts, reduced rate or free calling to "same subscriber or, organization, dual service for Gov and personal on a single instrument.
