The intent of this solicitation is to request prices for Hazardous Storage Bldgs, Preset Concrete Bldgs, Portable Structures, Instant Buildings, Modular Buildings, Prefabricated Buildings. The anticipated contract type is to be a Commercial Requirements Type Contract for which the Government anticipates having future requirements. The term of the resulting contracts will be a five year base. Multiple Award Contracts will be placed with contractors for their individual product lines. Product lines are to include but are not limited to the following: 1. Hazardous Storage Buildings, Preset Concrete Bldgs, Portable Structures, Instant Building, Modular Buildings, Prefabricated Buildings. The supplier (seller) shall sell to the buyer the items set forth in the suppliers commercial catalog. Such items may be referred to as "Products or end products" hereafter. Supplier may sell to the buyer any items and services incidental to the end product and any add-on items as need to customize a piece of equipment toconform to the customers requirement and meet their needs. Services may include but not limited to repair, installation, training, and extended warranties. Items may include, but not limited to the sale of repair parts, options, attachments and add-ons. Delivery shall be in accordance with the supplielrs best commercial practice.
