This is a market research to locate additional sources for a SHF Up Converter/IF Amplifier Assembly NSN: 5895-01-055-2253 for the AN/TSC-85B/93B/94A/100A Satellite Communication Terminals. The only approved sources for this item are Frequency Electronics/TEK Wave, Merrimac Ind. and M/A-COM. The SHF Up Converter/IF Amplifier Assembly is controlled by a Source Control drawing. Therefore, pre-qualification and system interchangeability is required before an award can be considered. If any additional source can furnish this SHF Up Converter/IF Amplifier Assembly they must so indicate by e-mail to: bifulco@mail1.monmouth.army.mil.The response MUST include documentation detailing how the acceptance testing of this item will be accomplished, the test results, copy of a purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to a current source or a statement from the current source demonstrating that the supplier can supply the item.
