This solicitation will be issued unrestricted for the purchase of three components of the 16'X16' Frame Type Expandable. These components are to be manufactured in accordance with MIL-T-43492. One component is the Tent, Frame Type Expandable with Cover, 16'X16', NSN: 8340-00-782-3425; there will be a minimum quantity for this component of 2,400, total maximum of 5,500, with 4 one year term options for this item. In addition, the Tent, End Section, NSN: 8340-00-566-7398; will have a minimum quantity of 1,200, total maximum of 2,500, with 4 one year term options for this component. The third component is the Liner, Frame Type, Expandable, 16'X16', NSN:8340-01-452-7049, will have a minimum of 700, with a maximum quantity of 1,500, with four one year term options for this component. Deliveries will be to Albany, GA and Barstow,CA beginning 180 days after award, the First Articles will be due 90 days after award. Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal (Past Performance, Manufacturing Plan,Socioeconomic Consideration, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement, and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposal.
