Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to add a
Collateral Effects, Warning and Reporting Capability to the Hazard
Prediction and Assessment Capability (HPAC) software program. The
contractor will be required to develop software code and integrate
existing Nuclear, Biological and Chemical warning and reporting models
into current and future HPAC architecture. The period of performance
will be for a period of five years. Contractors must have a secret
facility clearance and all contractor personnel will require a secret
security clearance. This is total small business set-aside. The
Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 8731, and the small business size
