SYNOPSIS: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to fabricate and install four (4) offshore aid to navigation structures in Lower Galveston Bay, Texas. This includes two single pile steel caisson structures and two multiple pile jacketed structures. The single pile caisson structures will support platform decks and the multiple pile jacketed structures will support platform decks and steel skeleton towers that are to be fabricated and installed by the contractor. The work will also include installation and wiring of solar power lighting systems and submarine cable and commercial power systems. Demolition, removal and limited salvage of four (4) existing aid to navigation structures located near the proposed positions of the new structure is also included. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business participation.
