This is a sources sought notice. Solicitation issuance is not expected to occur until at least o/a 05 Jun 00 and will be available exclusively on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation will consist of both A-76 and Non A-76 grounds maintenance services. An A-76 cost comparison study will be accomplished on only those A-76 grounds maintenance requirements that are presently being performed by government personnel. The acquisition will be accomplished as a Commercial Item in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. Offers will be evaluated utilizing Performance-Price Trade-Off with Technical Factors. The solicitation will be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns and may be further restricted to HUBZone Small Business Concerns. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) forthis procurement is 0782 and the size standard is $5,000,000.
