The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437-5226 is soliciting offerors to provide installation of 1161 ft linear ft. of 9 gage, 8 ft. high chain-link fence with a 30 ft gate. The 30 ft gate will be a double drive with all hardware and will operate manually. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There is one (1) solicitation number associated with this requirement. Solicitation number is listed as follows: F04684-00-T0515. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business participation only. The SIC is 1799 and the Size Standard is 500. There will be one (1) line item as follows: Line Item 1: Services non-personal: Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessary for the installation of a 1161 linear ft of 9 gage, 8 ft. high chain-link fence with a 30 ft. gate. The fence will encompass a parking lot located on the corner of New Mexico and 13th St, Vandenberg AFB. Installation of fencing will be adjacent and connected to an existing fenced lot. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1 "Instructions to Offerors" and FAR 52.212-2 "Evaluation-Commercial Items," applies to this acquisition.
