This is a notice of intent to negotiate with General Kinetics Inc., of Chantilly, VA, on an other than full and open competitive basis, to purchase DMRS Client Chassis Enclosures. The Government's requirement consists of 20 each, GKI part number 808-588D. These items are spare parts for Project Beartrap. The enclosures are integral components of the Project Beartrap data collection systems and were developed by General Kinetics Inc. In order to ensure compatibility with the existing schematics, maintenance and operator training, and system uniformity, GKI items must be obtained.
