Rockville, MD. We intend to procure one (1) Adtech AX-4000 Dual Analyzer/Generator Module version II and two (2) AX/4000 Switch Control Processors with 64 megabits of RAM. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW Far 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
