Services shall be performed at the contractor_s facility in accordance with all Federal and State regulations, and all applicable medical standards such as JCAHO and American College of Radiology. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. The government will evaluate only price (discount rate from the CHAMPUS Maximum Allowable Charge (CMAC)). This acquisition will be advertised on an unrestricted basis with SIC code for this acquisition is 8011and business size standard of $5 million.
