DESC: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform complete operation of the Hazardous Material Pharmacy (HAZMART) and 90 Day Accumulation Point (CAP). The contract period will be for a total of five years (base year with four one year options) with the anticipated start date of 1 Apr 01. The service provider shall handle and manage a wide variety of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and chemicals. Waste will be in liquid, semi-solid, or solid form and may include material that has become deteriorated or unsuitable for use. Work Excluded: municipal type trash and refuse, radioactive waste, infectious waste, food waste, and ordnance (propellants, explosives, and pyrotechnics). Disposal of waste will be accomplished by the Government. This solicitation, when issued, will be IAW OMB A-76 and will not result in a contract if government performance is determined to be more advantageous. The applicable SIC Code is 4953 and the size standard is $6 million (gross revenues averaged over the past three years). This project is 100% set-aside for HUBZONE businesses.
