Offutt AFB requires the following service(s): Packing and Crating; The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform packing and crating of household goods at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This service includes but is not limited to packing of household goods for inbound, outbound, intra-city, and intra-area services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). A request for proposal shall be issued on or about 16 June 2000. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Please be advised that this requirement may result in multiple awards. The proposed contract shall have a one-year basic period, starting 01 Oct 2000 through 30 Sep 2001, plus four one-year options. Award of the contract will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror(s) whose proposal offers the best value to the Government.
