The Federal Highway Administration has a requirement for a study to: (1) validate crash models for five types of rural intersections to verify acceptable levels of accuracy and recalibrate them to improve their accuracy in estimating crash frequencies and the impact of design characteristics. This solicitation, all related documents and amendments, if any, will only be released and available electronically through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov under the "EPS for Vendors" option followed by selection of the "DOT" Center.
