Box 9729, Stratford, CT 06497-9192, under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), for the engineering service of various configurations of the H-60 Black Hawk Helicopter. Sikorsky is the system prime contractor, the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the H-60 helicopter and derivatives. Sikorsky possesses the unique knowledge required to perform this effort. Proposal contract will be a five-year period of performance, basic and four(4) one-year options.
