PROCUREMENT NOTICE -- Title: REPAIR BY REPLACEMENT PCB TRANSFORMERS, BASE WIDE, AT THE NAVAL AIR WEAPONS STATION, CHINA LAKE, CA. -- The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to; (a) replace nine (9) transformers, ranging in size from 25-KVA-single phase to 500 KVA-3 phase, (b) replace fifteen (15) single phase transformer regulators ranging in size from 25-KVA to 100-KVA, (c) remove a 1000-KVA transformer from a vault. Replacements and removal are at various locations. Government will be responsible for disposal of the PCB transformers and regulators. Performance time is 120 calendar days. The SIC Code is 1731, with a related small business standard of $7.0 Million. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract, with two (2) options. The estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This Solicitation is unrestricted. -- Plans and specifications will be available 15 MAY 00.
