All labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to provide custodial services and certain housekeeping management functions for Chambers Field, Norfolk, Virginia. The work will be accomplished by means of a Combination Firm-Fixed-Price and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. The contract term is for a base period of one (1) year with options to extend up to four additional periods of one to twelve months. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed 60 months. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 7349. The proposed procurement listed herein has been accepted by the Small Business Administration for competition in the 8(a) Program. It is being offered ONLY TO ELIGIBLE 8(a) FIRMS within the geographical area serviced by the SBA Richmond District Office, Richmond, Virginia, that are capable of performing custodial services estimated to exceed $1,000,000 annually. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers.
