The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision to upgrade existing heating hot water system and sump pumps in the Enlisted Dining Facility / Pizza Parlor, Building 3, Integrated Support Command, Kodiak, Alaska. This will be accomplished by the removal of the existing hot water system pumps and piping and installation of new pumps, piping, and accessories. It will also require the removal and replacement of the sump pumps and the installation of a high level sensor and alarm. Performance Period is 30 days. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: Uniform Building Code; applicable OSHA regulations and Coast Guard Safety Regs.
