Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary to alter/repair Chapel I, building 1620, at Scott AFB IL 6225-5015. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: construct the East building side addition (6 New Chapel Offices, Choir Room, and Corridor), and the West side building addition (Main Entrance, Vestibule, 2 Storage Rooms, Lobby, Vestry, Men and Women Restrooms, Bride_s Room and Corridor), and all repair work described in the plans and specifications. This is a Request for proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the _Best Value_ to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission of offerors will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov/. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation and planholders list. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package and planholder list will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at www.eps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. The planholder list will also be maintained on and may be printed from the EPS website.
