The description is as follows: The Internal Revenue Service intends to participate in a burden study conducted by the University of Michigan, Office of Tax Policy. Specifically, the study follows-up on the annual costs of compliance for multinational corporations, the cost associated with compliance versus collection costs, as well as monitoring the results of customer satisfaction index for compliance issues. The IRS has participated in the previous surveys, therefore, the prior results are critical in continuing this taxpayer burden study.
