The purpose of this amendment is to respond to a potential offeror's request to have the required delivery date relaxed. In response, the delivery requirements and evaluation criteria are hereby revised as follows: The desired delivery of the units, with all modules, interfaces and chassis units is no later than August 15th 2000. The required delivery shall be no later than September 21st 2000. The evaluation criteria pursuant to delivery are hereby revised as follows: Offerors meeting the desired delivery date shall be scored higher than offerors not meeting the desired delivery date.
