The contractor will provide data inputs that are needed to produce a Sim/Stim Interface System Engineering Study. The contractor will conduct a preliminary qualitative feasibility study of the development of a small scale real-time hybrid simulator. The preliminary studies will focus on: (1) Identify the characteristics of a Real-Time Test Facility to meet Navy Simulation-Stimulation requirements based on full-scale characteristics. (2) Design a proof of concept scaled-down real-time test demonstrator. (3) Coordinating with the Middle Atlantic Research Consortium (MARC). (4) Identifying and defining the functions and team members needed to successfully construct the Sim-Stim interface. (5) Providing technical and organizational guidance to the overall program.
