The Government intends to make two (2) awards based upon an integrated assessment of technical factors and prices resulting in the Best Value to the Government with percentages of awards to be made as follows: 50%-Unrestricted; 50%-Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government also intends to solicit for an Indefinite Type Contract utilizing Best Value Concept requiring two (2) PDMs and a Technical Proposal consisting of the following: (1) Past Performance/Experience; (2) Product Demonstration Model; (3) Bill and Hold Plan; (4) Manufacturing Plan; (5) Industrial Mobilization Plan; (6) Socioeconomic Considerations Plan; (7) DLA Mentoring Plan; (8)Javits Wagner-O'Day Entity Proposal. The total acquisition quantity to be acquired for the Base Period and Four (4) Term Options is MINIMUM-182,600 Ea/MAXIMUM-900,000 Ea. (50% Unrestricted-Min-91,300/Max-450,000; 50% TSB-S/A-Min-91,300/Max-450,000. The four (4) Term Options are mandatory. DELIVERY: Approximate maximum monthly quantity -- 75,000 Ea commencing 135 days after date of award running for 12 months.
