This procurement is for a quantity of one (1) each brand name or equal W. Miller Company Model #8676 natural gas powered batch sytle industrial oven in accordance with procurement specification 4825/97TDP0005cm Rev. 3/31/2000. The oven will be used for curing of powder paint coating on Navy support equipment. The oven shall have double doors at each end, and shall be designed for an operating temperature of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Interior dimensions shall be a minimum of 10' x 10' x 20'. The procurement also provides provisions for submission of installation drawings and other data. This requirement shall be fulfilled under Federal Acquisition Regualation (FAR) Part 12 by supplying "commercial items" as defined in section 2.101 of the FAR. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government past performance and price considered.
