Size/Dimensions: Outside dia 17 in overall thickness 2 in Inside dia 7 inches. Form/Fit/Function Turbine Section Inlet directs hot combustion g as at the proper angle to the First Stage Turbine Wheel. Predominant Material of Manufacture: L605 Heat Resisitant Steel and 321 Stainless Steel. The government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approvals (SARS). Therefore, offerors are en- couraged to submit SARS as soon as possible. If the government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for poossible source approval for future awards. The item is engineering critical,controlling the performance ofo the J85 engine. Engineering control over sources is required. Require- ment is Urgent..
