overall thickness 2 in Inside dia 7 inches. Form/Fit/Function Turbine
Section Inlet directs hot combustion g as at the proper angle to the
First Stage Turbine Wheel. Predominant Material of Manufacture: L605

Div 035013 To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be
approved sources in accordance with qualification requirements. The
government is not required to delay contract award to review pending
Source Approvals (SARS). Therefore, offerors are en- couraged to submit
SARS as soon as possible. If the government has not completed review of
a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the
source will be reviewed for poossible source approval for future
awards. The item is engineering critical,controlling the performance
ofo the J85 engine. Engineering control over sources is required.
Require- ment is Urgent.. All potential offerors should contact the

concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has
been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors
during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman

Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements,
and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When
requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the
source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the
