The proposed contract is a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns (See Note #1). In addition to the basic quantity of 85 units, the acquisition will result in a Flexible Long Term Contract, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for up to 300 units over a five (5) year period. Minimum quantity to be awarded concurrent with the award of the basic contract is 85 each NSN: 4310-01-133-3598. Minimum monthly delivery shall be 20 each; the maximum estimated quantity to be awarded over five years is 300 units. Delivery schedule may be negotiated on an as-required basis.
