This procurement is intended to be sole source for 100 each Qualtrax Client Licenses and 1 each Oracle Server Support License required in support of the Business Management System currently in place. Additional licenses are required in the support of this corporate effort and commitment. The additional per seat licenses are necessary to authenticate an increase of 100 users to our existing BMS system software from it's current configuration of 45 licenses. The deliverable will be in the form of the appropriate access codes to activate the on-site server's license authority to 145 licenses. The Oracle software component will license and activate redirection of database access to the Oracle Database engine.
