Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, = Cuba. =20 Required tasks include provision of official service to supplement = Government=20 owned and operated facilities, unofficial service to residential = quarters,=20 military Bachelor Quarters, a telephone toll center, telephone pay = stations,=20 private contractors and migrant camp locations. The long distance = service shall=20 support circuit switched connections for voice, video and data to = include=20 INMARSAT, internet access and video/audio conferencing.
